My favorite assortment for Vietnamese spring roll

Here are some of my favorite ingredients I like to contain whenever I eat Vietnamese spring rolls. All of the ingredients have benefits that they can provide to people. I think that Vietnamese spring rolls are one of the best ways we can eat some foods that we don’t normally like in a delicious way! I wrap these ingredients in rice paper and add some soy sauce for extra flavor!

Palad (Pasta +Salad)

As well as you can consume some “green” salads that many teenagers dislike deliciously, you can eat one of the favorite foods that most teenagers have, pasta!
- Boil pasta noodles until they become soft enough, like some jelly
- Make a pasta sauce with your recipe, or you can buy some sauce from the mart
- Mix up the sauce and the boiled pasta noodles
- Add some lettuce and vegetables to the pasta

Blueberry Jam

Jams may contain a lot of sugar, but you know there are cases where we want some sweet stuff that can also be healthy for your body. This blueberry jam is extremely delicious, which is proved by the people I gave to after making this, but as it is a “blueberry” jam, it can provide you some vitamins contained within the blueberry!
- Prepare frozen or normal blueberry and sugar
- The ratio of the blueberries to sugar should be 1: 0.5
- Mix the blueberry in a hot pot
- If the water in the blueberry starts to come out, put in the sugar
- Mix it for 6~7 minutes, and be careful that the blueberries don’t stick to the bottom of the pot

Fruit salad and bread

On a morning when you are exhausted and don’t feel like eating anything, try to eat the kind of assortment of food! The jam and fruit will be able to make you feel more refreshed, and the salad will be able to neutralize the sweetness that you feel.
- Prepare any types of fruits and vegetables for the fruit salad
- Place lettuce or any kind of vegetables you like
- Place fruits you enjoy (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.)
- Bring some bread that you like eating for the jam
- If you would like to do so, bring some milk or water that you can drink while eating

TYB! (Tomato & Yogurt & Bread = Thank You Breakfast)

This is personally my favorite breakfast recipe, and I always get to think that I have the time to eat breakfast whenever I get to eat this.
1) Prepare a slice of bread, two tomatoes, two potatoes, and some Greek yogurt
2) Cook the tomatoes on a frying pan, and during the process, try to push down the tomatoes a bit so that they get a little mashed up
3) Repeat the process above until the texture gets thicker & the color of the tomato turns a bit brow
4) If you want the tomato sauce to be a bit sweet, you could add a spoonful of sugar to it
5) Cover up one face of the bread with the Greek yogurt
6) On top of the bread with the Greek yogurt added, add the tomato sauce that you made in steps 2~4
